When you make purchases do you rely on a credit card as much as you use to? If not, than you are like millions of other consumers that have decided to manage their credit card spending differently than years past. As many issuers are finding themselves with record amount of delinquencies and write-offs, banks have either closed many accounts or made changes to cardholder’s terms so drastic that there has been no other choice but to opt out.
